Loan signing Carlos Edwards may make his Wolves debut at Swansea tomorrow – and the former Wrexham man is relishing the challenge.
The 29-year-old Trinidad & Tobago international was drafted into Molineux from Sunderland yesterday as cover for hamstrung pair Michael Kightly and Matt Jarvis.
“Wolves are an ambitious club and this might be a chance for me to get my career back on track,” he said ahead of the journey to South Wales.
“I’m going to give my all for Wolves in the time that I’m here and that starts from Saturday – if I’m involved.”
Andy Keogh and Stephen Ward may be back in contention after shaking off their back and rib injuries as Mick McCarthy’s men look to recover from Tuesday night’s shock 3-0 defeat at home to rampant Reading.
Striker Chris Iwelumo sits out the final match of his three game suspension while Championship newcomers Swansea, unbeaten at the Liberty Stadium so far, will miss influential Ferrie Bodde after the midfielder picked up his fifth yellow card.
