£50,000 price cut on homes for a day

Tuesday 23rd September 2008, 11:49AM BST.

A Shropshire developer is slashing up to £50,000 off the price of its new homes for one day next month in a bid to boost sales. The properties will revert back to their original cost the following day.

Bryant Homes will run a “Change Your Life” offer at The Village at Ketley in Telford, on October 5 between 11am and 5pm.

The event will see the four and five-bedroom, three-storey Lilyhurst homes being offered for £199,995, a saving of 20 per cent. Also available on the day will be three-bedroom, three-storey Fairoak homes for £169,995, a reduction of £20,000.

Carol Edwards, regional sales and marketing director for Bryant Homes, said: “This really is the chance of a lifetime to purchase a fantastic home at an extraordinary price. The properties will revert back to their original cost the following day, so we are urging homebuyers to stake their claim by making sure they’re first in the queue.

“We would urge buyers to register their interest now. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and all prospective buyers should visit the development and be pre-qualified by a sales executive before October 5.”

l To register interest visit The Village on Holyhead Road between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am on Sunday. Telephone 0845 071 8846 or log on to www.bryant.co.uk
