Paddy McGuinness goes local
Monday 11th August 2008, 11:00AM BST.
Former Phoenix Nights star Paddy McGuinness is about to hit the Midlands with his eagerly awaited new show, Paddy McGuinness Plus You.
Already sold out at Telford’s Oakengates Theatre, the new show – which appears at Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall on November 1 – includes specially invited guests from the local area who will be hand picked by Paddy himself to be his new support act.
Paddy’s last tour ‘The Dark Side’ was the fastest selling of 2006 while his subsequent live debut DVD entered the comedy charts at Number One.
In addition to starring alongside long-time friend and co-star Peter Kay in the hugely successful Max and Paddy’s Road to Nowhere, Paddy has recently released a series of podcasts in association with RightGuard.
The series covers everything from how to wriggle out of unexpected situations to the difference between men and women on a night out.
Listen to Paddy’s podcasts here.
