Airlift for rope swing fall boy

A 15-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital after he was injured in a fall from a rope swing in Telford.

Paramedics were called to woods near Benthall View and Wrekin View in Madeley, shortly after 7.30pm yesterday.

The teenager was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital with a suspected broken leg.
