Two teenagers have died and two other people were injured in a three-car collision on a Shropshire road.

A teenage boy, who was a passenger in the car, died at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital this morning. Both are believed to be from the south Shropshire area.
Another young man who was also a passenger in the car has been transferred to the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire with serious injuries.
Their car was travelling south on the A49 when it was involved in a collision with a red Cherokee Jeep and a white Vauxhall Vivaro van heading in the opposite direction.
A 53-year-old woman passenger in the Jeep was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital with a suspected broken wrist. The driver of the Jeep was uninjured, as was the van driver, but both were treated for shock.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said paramedics had passed the scene shortly after the crash happened and stopped to assess the situation. Two more ambulances were called to the scene.
The A49 remained closed overnight and was expected to reopen later today.
Police spokesman Richard Ewels said: “We are anxious to hear from anyone who saw the collision or the circumstances leading up to it. Please contact Ludlow police station on 08457 444888 if you are able to assist.”
A full report will be prepared for south Shropshire’s coroner Anthony Sibcy.
Meanwhile, rush-hour traffic was delayed near Oswestry this morning after a collision involving two cars at the Queens Head junction on the busy A5 road.
An ambulance crew from Oswestry was called to the scene just before 8.20am but no one was hurt.
Elsewhere in the county, a man was treated for minor injuries after flipping his car on to its roof near Much Wenlock. The accident, involving a Peugeot 307 happened at Harley Bank, on the A458, at about 7.40am today.
Two vehicles were also involved in a collision at Barkers Green crossroads in Wem at 5.20pm yesterday. One man was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
