Chambers loses Olympics bid
Friday 18th July 2008, 11:49AM BST.
Sprinter Dwain Chambers has lost his bid to represent Britain at the Olympics after his appeal against his lifetime ban was rejected.
Chambers, 30, went to the High Court to try to obtain an injunction against the British Olympic Association by-law.
The runner was banned from all future Olympic Games after testing positive for the steroid THG five years ago.
Chambers had argued the ban was an unfair restraint of trade.

What a country this is!The guy as already served his sentence/ban.He is the only chance we had of a gold medal. Why was the football player RIO-FERDINAND allowed to continue playing, after being banned for missing drug tests? But then he plays for england, and is made captain!!double standards,or what? All sport is run by money, contolled by people like max moseley!!!
