10,000 happy pepole what a good night. I am sure there will those who will complain but Shrewsbury must stand up and do things like this every year. As a 40 something this realy was a good product and must of brought loads of money in to the town.

Who says Shrewsbury is boaring and full of old folk?

I worked at all the weekend’s events in The Quarry and I am pleased to say of the 10,000 people who attended on Saturday night, a mere six people were ejected from the venue. I really hope that we can do more of these and use the natural arena that is our Quarry Park. Well done to all involved and thank you to all who enjoyed themselves.

I queued for over 20 minutes one time for the toilets – surely whoever does the calculations should have realised that the amount of toilets supplied would never be enough – I heard that people were using the outer hedge of the dingle!!! Aparet from that – it was brilliant!!!

Best concert for ages came down from manchester for it, midge ure was the highlight, toilets was the low point people fighting to get to them, can`t stop my 4 year old singing bananarama, and temptation, would go again if more toilets.
