Fly tipping wouldn’t be a problem if the local councils picked up rubbish more than once a fortnight! also, if they make refuge sites more accessible… Often I have had problems getting rid of rubbish at skip sites,as they have pathetic rules and regulations for everything!
Plastic is plastic, paper is paper rubbish is plain old rubbish!

you need to see how bad it is around the country i know of an unclassified road in lincs that needs a 4by to get down because of dumping over a distance of around 800yards. suprisingly it is less than a mile from 2 schools and a shopping centre

I have to agree with the first comment, one of the main reasons for fly tipping is the local councils. Why do we have to limbo under barriers to tip rubbish and god forbid if your in a van!Im sure if these sites were more accessible to all fly tipping would reduce. Rubbish IS rubbish wether in a council refuse site or country lane. Let the council decide!
