Will Beavis, from Lawley Village, took this photo at midnight just as he snow flurry was finishing.As a row erupted over the decision to shut 60 Shropshire schools over the weather, the snow eventually arrived.

    hi everyone,ive been living in calgary for nineteen mounths and i wish thats all the snow we had here!!last week it was minus 40 with wind chill of minus 51.no schools was closed and all roads was open with the daily snow falls.summers are hot and long though! nigel ex admaston.

    One flake of snow and the UK grids to a halt nowadays!
    And heaven forbid it should snow in London! If that happens the city is practically declared a disaster area!
