I have had several rescue dogs from NCDL at Roden. It can be hard work, but with love and patience very worthwhile. My last dog, Holly, was put to sleep at the age of 16, coming with me from Roden, at the age of 4. I was heartbroken.
I now have another rescue dog from
Dogwatch in Christchurch and she is proving to be a delight and so loving. Please think about giving a rescue dog a good home. They give you so much more than you can ever give them.
