North-West-based commercial property investors and developers Northern Trust say work on their industrial development at Cedar Court, Telford, is on target for completion in September.

Cedar Court is located on Halesfield 17, one of Telford’s principal business locations. The development will comprise 21 units totalling some 55,166 sq ft of industrial, warehouse, and workshop space laid out in three blocks.

The site at Halesfield 17 was acquired from English Partnerships, and once completed will provide a range of modern units from 1,077 to 4,582 sq ft designed to meet the needs of small and medium enterprises.

The majority of this portfolio has been acquired in recent years and continued expansion is ongoing through further acquisition and development.
