Death crash driver jailed

A Polish lorry driver who was on the wrong side of the road before a head-on crash near Tenbury Wells which killed a mother-of-five has been jailed for two years.

Wozciech Kaim told police he was to blame for the collision on the A456 Kidderminster to Tenbury road, said Martin Butterworth, prosecuting, at Worcester Crown Court.

Kaim, 39, of Deans Close, York, admitted causing the death by dangerous driving of Suzanne Wardell, 31, of Lower End, Bricklehampton, near Pershore, and was banned for five years.
