Yes I think they can make the playoffs…. Having followed Town for many years and now from afar in Madeira I think the squad they have at the moment are more than good enough to make it.

I hope they can snatch a play off position but following Town from Norway it seems that they are under severe pressure in most games but somehow manage to escape. I watched them against peterbrough and they were totally useless for the first 60 minutes, but still came backto win it, and both Wycombe and MK Dons were better teams only for Town to punish them in the end. It seems that Town has some luck these days, and if it continues they might reach the play offs, but I dont think theyre ready for Div. 1 yet, unless they get some stronger midfielders in during the summer.

The remaining fixtures all look winnable and 3 wins out of 5 should do it. Watch out for Bristol Rovers though.

The first half was like young children playing in the park, the ball spent so much time in the air I was beginning to think we were at Wimbledon! Same against Bury too and to think I came from Ipswich to see football matches. That said when Town did start playing football and stringing some passes together in the second half, it was good to watch and they got the rewards. They’ve got the fight and Asamoah, I hope they do make the play offs. You make your own luck, so you never know.

It’s gonna be a close one….
Having three local derbies left, those matches could hold the key to weather Town can do it or not.
Chester and Hereford away are not easy games. I see no problem with Wrexham or Accrington and Grimsby home is winner for sure.
Towns home matches must be won, that gives us 72 points, and we must a least get 3 point from the away matches. I think that 75 point will do it.

lol Madeira, Norway and Denmark, and some bloke from Australia on some other news section leaving comments, seems there are a few international fans out there watching. Thats gotta be good news for a Shrewsbury Town on a path to glory. Europe watch out !
Play offs will be as good as the last time, only lets hope we wound need penalties to win the final this time, too much excitement the last time. Go on you Blues !
