Media doff their caps to hunters

fox.jpgI don’t understand why hunts are insisting on repealing the ban if they are having such a good time hunting without killing anything.

It concerns me that these people are desperate to carry on getting their kicks from torturing animals to death.

It’s obvious that the Countryside Alliance’s propaganda machine has gone into overdrive this Christmas and new year, with claims of hunting being more popular than ever.

However, looking back to 2002 they made the same statement then.

Unfortunately most media won’t or don’t care to remember, preferring instead to doff their caps at the hunt-masters, then do their bidding.

I just wish the Press would give hunters a wide berth. After all, hunting with dogs is all about abusing animals for fun. Moreover, the media could do so much to raise awareness on animal issues.

They could start by showing the same compassion for wildlife as they do domestic pets. Maybe then we could move forward to a more civilised world.
