"It's what the customers want, it's fresh and it's local. Customers comment on it all the time they can always tell the eggs are free range and the bread is fresh

"We get plenty of locals in the area who keep coming back on their way to work and local farmers who come back as they know where the meat is from." Lauren and Lisa buy their produce from a number of local farmers, bakers and shops, including Mike and Sarah's Butchers in Bridgnorth, Breeze Farm in Stableford and Trow's Bakery in Tweedale.

Lauren said: "We have our cooked meats and burgers from a local butchers in Bridgnorth, Mike and Sarah's, they deliver our eggs, bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, salad and fruit to us and are from a small farm across from TFM called Breeze Farm.

"Joe the farmer was absolutely lovely when we were inquiring about produce, and his produce is really nice and fresh and he's happy to help.

"We've got a really good relationship with him and our bread is baked daily from Trow's Bakery in Tweedale who have been going for 25 years, they're a family run bakery and they deliver to us every morning."We've got a lovely relationship with the businesses, really nice."

The mother and daughter have been in the catering industry for many years.

They approached the owner of TFM, Mark Littleford, about having a catering van on his land.

Lauren said: "It wasn't going to be just any catering van, we wanted everything fresh and locally sourced.

"Mark loved the idea that we would be supporting local farmers and small businesses in the area.

"So since June we've been very busy finding the right locally-sourced produce.

"We are very excited about this new venture and have had a lot of interest and a lot of excellent feedback on our food. We hope to one day expand this business throughout the TFM Stores in Shropshire."
