Take That star and X Factor judge Gary Barlow is to stage a solo gig in the Midlands it was revealed today – with the best tickets costing a whopping £55.
The singer songwriter will be arriving in Wolverhampton Civic Hall on December 30 after kicking off his tour at Bournemouth International Centre on November 13. The tour will end in Belfast on January 8.
Barlow said: “Playing live is my favourite thing and I haven’t played a solo show for over a year now.”
He has sold more than 50 million records, enjoyed eight number one albums, 14 number one singles, sold seven million tickets and won six Ivor Novello Awards.
He was awarded an OBE in June for his contribution to British music as well as his significant charitable endeavours. and organised the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert outside Buckingham Palace.
Tickets, priced from £35 to £55, go on sale on Friday at 9am.
