Thousands of music fans are expected to flock to a rugby field when the 10-day Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival kicks off this weekend.
The Edgar Davies Ground, in Low Town, will feature six rock bands and five acoustic acts bringing more than seven hours of non-stop music on Saturday.
The event will be completely undercover thanks to a large marquee, with a bar and food available.
Festival spokesman Kev Adams said: “The day kicks off with Kazlon, a five-piece rock band from Kidderminster and Bridgnorth.
“The next band is Dekay and the D’Mans. SheBangg will be known by most people in Bridgnorth and Shropshire and headlining the event is Whiskey Syndicate.
Camping is also available on the Edgar Davies field.
Pitches cost £12 per night and to book e-mail email@example.com or call 07783 156291.
