Waiters and waitresses on rollerskates will be delivering food to cars at the upcoming drive-in movie showings in the town.

Organisers say they want to make the drive-in experience as authentic as possible, creating a feel of 1950s America.

The service will copy 1950s American drive-ins

The drive-in takes place on the car park of Telford International Centre on the Thursday May 29 and Friday May 30 during the half term holidays.

On the Thursday 70s disco classic Grease will be shown, while on the Friday viewers will be able to watch popular 80s action film Top Gun.

There will be two showings of each film, one at 2pm, which will be great for families with time off over the holidays, and one at 8pm.
