The UK’s newest pop-sensation, Jessie J, brought superlicious glamour to the West Midlands – confirming suspicions that she’s a megastar in the making.

Having already smashed her way to the top of the UK album and singles charts, the glitzy glamour-puss turned on the style.

Jessie J has catapulted  from the dark and dim world of nightclub singing to BRIT Award-winning stardom in a mere 12 months.

Waltzing on-stage in an asymmetric, one-legged catsuit that accentuated her figure, she pulled off the sort of ‘wow’ factor trick that is the trademark of icons like Madonna and Lady Gaga. She then delivered a vocal masterclass to those lucky enough to get a ticket to the sell-out gig.

Singing through a rousing opener of Mama Knows Best, Jessie J lit up the Academy with Stand Up and Abracadabra before sending the fans into ecstacy with the chords of her smash-hit, Do It Like A Dude.

Other highlights included L.O.V.E.,which saw the London-lass showcase her magnificent vocal range, before a rousing rendition of Pricetag.

With Jessie J already enjoying success in the UK, the signs point to her emulating Adele by enjoying worldwide success – with the US Billboard chart already enthralled.

Her next appearance in the West Midlands will be at the V Festival in August – you’d be crazy to not catch her on the small stage before it’s too late.
