Telford school choir in Albert Hall date

A Telford school choir will perform at the Royal Albert Hall in November after wowing judges.
Youngsters from Thomas Telford School will perform as part of the Schools Prom at the historic London venue after impressing at the national Music for Youth Festival at Birmingham Town Hall in July.
Gareth Thomas, head of music at the school, said: “Everyone is really excited and looking forward to showcasing their talents in this amazing venue.”
The choir is due to take the stage on the second Proms night on November 9.
