Event to increase flock profits

Sheep farmers attending a farm event in August can find out how to increase commercial flock profitability event by using EBVS, better grassland management and low input genetics such as EasyRams NZ, Suffolk and Texel genetics.
The Better Returns West Midlands event is beig held at Pikesend Farm, English Flankton, Ellesmere courtesy of sheep breeder Robyn Hulme on Saturday, August 6 from 12.00 – 4.00pm
EBLEX’s breeding expert, Carol Davis, will highlight the importance Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs) play in efficient lamb and ewe replacement production. In addition, independent grassland expert, Charlie Morgan, will discuss how to optimise output from grass.
