A cleaning business in Shropshire is to expand creating dozens of jobs, it was revealed today.

Mrs Mopp Cleaning Services in Telford is opening a branch in Shrewsbury.

Kelly Ward, who runs Mrs Mopp, is now urging anyone looking to start a career in domestic cleaning to apply at an event at Shrewsbury Job Centre on March 1 from 10am to 2pm.

She said once the branch was established and all of the positions were filled she would be looking at other towns across the county.

Mrs Ward said she hoped to provide dozens of people with jobs.

She said: “This is a very exciting development for me and all at Mrs Mopp. I am now recruiting the best candidates to represent my company in the Shrewsbury area and have already got a number of clients waiting for their cleaner to be assigned to them.”
