Wednesday 2nd November 2011, 11:29AM GMT.
Freshly baked bread will be back on the menu in Wem next week when a new operator takes over at the town’s former TO Williams store, it emerged today.
Claire Glover is to open The Fruitful Deli at the premises in High Street, which have stood empty for several weeks after the shop closed in September.
Mrs Glover, who is married to town councillor and newsagent Philip Glover, said the move would create a small number of jobs.
She said it was due to open for business on November 10.
The Wem shop will become the second former TO Williams site to be brought back into use.
