Telford in 250 Christmas jobs promise

About 250 jobs will be created in Telford over Christmas this year, shopping centre bosses said today.
About 20 stores at Telford Shopping Centre will take on the extra workers to cope with the demand from festive shoppers.
The jobs will be mainly temporary Christmas posts though it is thought some are permanent.
Centre bosses said big names such as House of Fraser, Gamestation, Asda, Boots and Debenhams will all create jobs in the town.
