Distance: Three-and-a-half miles. Start by the telephone box in Tugford, to the east of Munslow. From the telephone box, walk out of the village towards Bouldon for about three quarters of a mile, until reaching a stile on the left.

Start at the parking area on the A542, one-and-a-half miles from Llangollen and near to Valle Crucis Abbey.
