Chaos caused by flash flooding

More than 30 homes were without power to allow engineers to work safely after a tree fell across an 11,000 vault power line in torrential rain at Heblands Bank, Bishop’s Castle, last night, while homes also lost power in Shrewsbury. This was the scene at Mochdre Industrial Estate.
