Telford Titans put one hand firmly on the English National League North (2) title with a crushing 6-0 win over promotion rivals Manchester Phoenix ENL.
The home-grown side, which consists almost entirely of players trained in the Telford junior system, now needs just four points from their remaining three games to secure the championship.
The Titans have three matches left in a bid to secure the neccessary four points for the title, with a trip to third-placed Flintshire on February 22.
They then round off their campaign with home games against struggling Lancashire and Grimsby.
