Staff and shoppers were in mixed mood when Woolworths in Telford Shopping Centre closed for the last time.
The ailing chain, which has been trading for over 100 years, has been forced to shut all its stores after massive losses were revealed.
And for those people still hoping to grab a last-minute bargain - as well as the workers facing the dole queue - it was a bittersweet day.
