Wintry blizzards forecast for area

Shropshire could be hit by wintry blizzards of sleet with a risk of snow on the hills this weekend.

John Warner, Shropshire Star weatherman, said temperatures had dropped to minus 1C (30F) overnight and would only reach 3C (37F) throughout today.

Fog, which blighted the roads yesterday, will continue, he said.

I’d love to be there and have a warm hug from a beautiful Shropshire lass. Oh well I’ll have to put up with sun bathing with my beatiful Shropshire lass here in sunny Saudi Arabia. We are putting up the Christmas tree so we can enjoy Christmas though!

What do you mean Shropshire COULD be hit by blizzards etc? It either will or it won’t!
John Warner says there will be snow.
Stand by for no sign of it whatsoever then!
