Plans to transform Shrewsbury’s historic Music Hall into a museum, tourist information centre and cafe have been given the go-ahead.
The aim is to improve public access to the building, parts of which date back to the 13th century.

The authority will learn in December if its latest bid for a Lottery grant is successful.
The premises will not be open to the public or customers outside 9am to 11pm.
