Jimmy Greaves and Ron ‘Chopper’ Harris were the stars of the show when they arrived at The Place in Oakengates this week.

The pair, who both enjoyed glittering careers for England, entertained their audience with tales from across the football world.

But the big question was: how would Greaves - and the famously tough- tackling Harris - fare in today’s cash-rich, non-contact Premiership?
