Public meeting call over £1m plan

Campaigners opposing £1 million plans to replace the former Diddlebury Village Hall, have requested a fresh public meeting.

But they claim developers have refused to take part.

The secretary of the Diddlebury Village Hall development group, Ian Hankinson, said they had declined the invitation because they previously experienced intimidatory behaviour.
