A motorcyclist killed in a three-vehicle smash on a main route through Mid Wales at the weekend has been named as the father of a seven-week-old baby.
Mark Jones, 35, from the Caernarfon area of North Wales died after his Honda bike was in collision with a Renault Clio and an HGV on the A44 Llangurig to Aberystwyth road at 2.30pm on Sunday.
It happened about two miles from Llangurig.
Mr Jones, who ran Snowdon Cabs from his home in Deiniolen, was pronounced dead at the scene. He leaves his partner, their baby son and a daughter, two.
