A Shropshire shopping centre today announced a jobs boost for the county with plans to recruit more than 100 extra seasonal staff for Christmas.
Telford Shopping Centre also announced today that bosses will be hosting a Christmas jobs fair from this Thursday until Saturday in a bid to fill the vacancies.
The fair will be an opportunity for anyone seeking employment over the Christmas shopping period of November and December to meet with retailers with openings for temporary staff.
More than 15 retailers are taking part in the fair including House of Fraser, Asda, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Bhs, Build-a-Bear Workshop, Barratts, H Samuel and JJB.
The event will be held in unit 239 on New Row from 9am to 8pm on Thursday and Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturday.
