Witnesses are wanted to an early-morning “disturbance” between a man and woman in Knighton.
The incident took place in Knighton between 2am and 3am yesterday.
Constable Gary Cole, of Dyfed-Powys Police, said: “At first they were on West Street and then moved to behind the Knighton Hotel between 2am and 3am.
“We are hoping there are witnesses to the incident and we want them to contact us with any details they may have.”
