Boating fans were today gathering in Ironbridge for the annual Coracle Regatta on the River Severn. About 20 coracles are set to take part in the day of racing, starting at Dale End Park in the World Heritage Site. The event has been organised by the Greenwood Centre and Ironbridge Lions Club and it is hoped it will raise thousands for charity. Steve Miles is pictured getting ready.

I hope people take notice that bikers do loads of good, charitable deeds. In return, other road users should show them some respect on the streets.
Well done Rob and friends
good game fare could have been a few more trade stands , good arena show as usuall , see you all at weston park .
Shropshire gamefair at Newport was extremely disappointing this year. So few trade stands we’d seen them all in first half hour there. My partner who shoots, and picks up with our dogs on game shoots did have a shopping list but found nothing. At least it was dry but here’s goes another £15 to Weston Park. Sorry won’t be there next year.
