Motorists are facing fresh traffic misery after a string of roadworks were unveiled.
Two lane closures will affect the M54 near junction 2 on Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
From Tuesday until Saturday, overnight lane closures will hit the A5 between Shrewsbury and Wellington. There will be more work on the M54 between Junction 2 and the M6 until Friday.
Also affected is the A49 south of Shrewsbury, the A458 west of Shrewsbury and the A483 between Welshpool and Oswestry.
