Plans for a multi-million pound care village for elderly people in Newport, due to create more than 75 jobs, have been submitted to Telford & Wrekin Council.
If councillors give the go-ahead for the complex alongside the A41, it will see 222 residential units built.
The application includes a community and administrative building, medical facilities, recreational and social facilities, a hydro-therapy pool, hairdresser, roads and sewers.
An outline planning application for a 40-bed care home has also been submitted for the site.
