The public was suitably impressed by the condition of some of the older vehicles on display.
Due to the large number of entrants the organisers had wisely chosen to offer drivers a choice between a sojourn to the Ironbridge Gorge or the Churnet Valley area.
The Ironbridge route meandered around the twisty country lanes of Staffordshire before entering Shropshire where a coffee break was taken at a quintessential English village cricket club.
The route then visited Shifnal and went onwards to the Ironbridge Gorge Museum, Blists Hill Museum and the china museum at Coalport.

Lovely.
Shame we’re selling our MG.
We will, however, be looking forward to similar meets with the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club
