Leeds close in on Bothroyd


Jay Bothroyd Leeds United have stepped up their interest in transfer-listed Wolves striker Jay Bothroyd.

Boss Gary McAllister has admitted he is close to signing a striker, although he has not revealed a name.

Wolves have confirmed Leeds’ interest in the past.
