Shropshire archery hot shot Alison Williamson has been named in the six-strong squad for the Beijing Games.
Church-Stretton born Williamson will compete in the individual and team competitions this summer in her fifth Olympics.
The 36-year-old won bronze in Athens in 2004 and is tipped for more success.
“The squad has a great mix of first time Olympians and others with a wealth of experience, particularly Alison Williamson,” said Great Britain Team GB Chef de Mission Simon Clegg.
“I am sure that they will be looking to build upon their recent successes, both individually and in the team events, and I wish them well in their final preparations for Beijing.”
