The Naked Truth brings together a host famous faces from the country’s favourite TV soaps for this hilariously moving play about five very different women in an all-female cast.
Likened to Calendar Girls and touted as “a show for women, about women, that men absolutely must see - if they dare”, this heartwarming comedy follows the unravelling stories of each character as they attempt to master the compex art of pole dancing to raise money for breast cancer.
A talented all-female cast gives the show plenty of wit and glamour, and audiences will recognise many famous faces from their favourite soaps.
Stars include Lisa Riley (Emmerdale Farm, Fat Friends), Julie Buckfield (Hollyoaks, Grange Hill) and Gemma Wardle (Family Affairs, Life On Mars), along with Samantha Seager and Jayne Tunnicliffe from Coronation Street and rising star Lucy Rusedski.
The Naked Truth is showing at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton from June 24 to June 28 at 8pm from Tuesday to Friday and at 5pm on Saturday.
