My wife approached the light, waited for a while, and suddenly a little man popped out with little blue wellies. He mumbled a bit, so my wife just went back inside and had a coffee. Travelling roughly south, south-east almost overhead at the zenith, two smaller, dim lights, apparently in formation, followed by a larger, brighter one shorly afterwards. Slow with no sound. Could not see any detail through binoculars but definately not stellar or planetary nor any kind of aircraft (no strobe lights). Too slow and too low to have been satellites. Much too early in the evening to be Jupiter, it's nowhere near this elevation at 11-00 PM. A hoax I think but very effective. I saw them too, From Shifnal on Saturday night at around 11-00 PM.

Soon to be followed by at least another 10. All travelling in the same direction. We then looked through binoculars to see what we can only describe as flying chinese lanterns . Orange fan shaped flame beneath a structure, but not an air baloon. No baskets and silent. we do not believe the star theory.
