Club to play at Twickenham

A Shropshire rugby club will play at Twickenham on the sport’s showpiece final day next week after beating off competition from over 500 clubs.

Highley Rugby Club, which was formed just 18 months ago, will play an inter-club match at the home of English Rugby on May 31.

The teams will take to the field just minutes before the Premiership final between Wasps and Leicester Tigers, after winning the chance to play there in a competition in Rugby World magazine.
