Shropshire’s top women’s golfer Sarah Heath has made an encouraging start to the opening tournament of the SAS Masters Tour in Sweden.
The 26-year-old, from Telford Golf & Spa Hotel, shot a three-over-par 75 in the Telenor Masters at Baseback.
That left her in fifth place, just four shots off the lead with two rounds remaining.
Heath is hoping to use a string of summer events in Sweden as a launchpad to return to the Ladies European Tour.
