Aga sees fall in cooker sales

aga_logo.jpgUpmarket oven firm Aga Foodservice today said it was in a strong financial position despite a drop in sales.

The company, which makes and assembles its trademark Aga and Rayburn ovens at plants in Coalbrookdale and Ketley, said the international market for its cookers had fallen while sales of its cast iron ovens in the UK were flat for the first quarter of the year.
