Residents flee double arson attack

A disabled man has seen been left without one of his main modes of transport and a couple were forced to flee their home after arson attacks on two separate vehicles in a Telford street.

The fires, which happened at around 3am this morning, destroyed a car and a van in Prince Charles Cresent in Malinslee.

Both families were awoken by passers-by, who alerted them to the flames as they spread.
