The kitchen has been specially designed by the couple to enable more than one cook to be busy in the kitchen.
One area of the kitchen has the oven etc while another area is designed for preparing food. The stylish, modern kitchen has soft-closing doors and fitted appliances include a fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Half Mile House has double-glazing, gas central heating (with a highly efficient combination boiler) and the latest levels of insulation. It is superbly presented and its new owners could just move straight in.

Nice house as far as big modern British houses go, but take it from THIS Kiwi that there’s very little about this house which is Kiwi! For example, houses in New Zealand which are typically Kiwi usually involve the use of a great deal of native New Zealand timbers. Also, typical New Zealand houses are unashamedly one-storey.
Beautiful home…and it should be for two thirds of a Million Dollars and the description would be more apt described as a Cape Cod style home…
