Shropshire home with Kiwi flavour

The lounge

The lounge is impressive and can easily accommodate a host of lounge furniture and dining room furniture, while still retaining a spacious feel.

The bungalow has an entrance hall, lounge/diner, breakfast room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom (with skylight window over the bath so you can enjoy the stars from your tub) and dressing room, bedroom two with en suite bathroom, bedroom three and four and a family bathroom.

Nice house as far as big modern British houses go, but take it from THIS Kiwi that there’s very little about this house which is Kiwi! For example, houses in New Zealand which are typically Kiwi usually involve the use of a great deal of native New Zealand timbers. Also, typical New Zealand houses are unashamedly one-storey.

Beautiful home…and it should be for two thirds of a Million Dollars and the description would be more apt described as a Cape Cod style home…
