There will be three single-storey, two-bedroom, cabins at £185,000 and six two-storey, two/three bedroomed cabins, with the top floor being open and so, in theory, you could include two further bedrooms, said Martyn, at £245,000.

The show cabin features a wood burner, which is optional, because the under-floor heating and high standard of insulation makes them warm already.
